Prices have fluctuated recently due to gas prices!

Purchasing Del Mar planning packages can be as simple as selecting one of our pre-designed groupings OR we can custom design a package to suit your needs or we also offer a popular percentage based package. Packages are priced below, however that price is subject to change based on availability and holidays.

Chico Area - Chico, Paradise, Oroville, Orland, Gridley, Willows & Grass Valley.

Sacramento Area - Sacramento, Jackson, Pioneer, Auburn, Placerville, Yuba City, Rancho Cordova (including the LDS Temple) & Fair Oaks.

South Valley Area - Lodi, Stockton, Modesto, Merced, Fresno & surrounding areas.

East Bay Area - Tracy, Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, Castro Valley, San Ramon, Oakland (including the LDS Temple), Walnut Creek & Danville.

Coastal - San Francisco, Napa, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel & Half Moon Bay.

REHEARSAL COORDINATION

BRIDES PERSONAL ASSISTANT
(GROOMS PERSONAL ASSISTANT AVAILABLE ALSO)

MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS & 2 HOUR MEETING PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DATE.

Chico - $50 per hr. ($300 min)

Sacramento - $50 per hr. ($300 min)

East Bay - $100 per hr. ($600 min)

Coastal - $125 per hr. ($750 min)

A' LA CARTE SERVICES

A' La Carte:

  • Additional Coordinator: $50 per hour (must be used same hours as main coordinator)
  • Heavy Labor: individually quoted based on needs (this includes table & chair set-up/take-down.)
  • Attending Vendor Meetings: Hourly rate based on location and minimum of 2 hours each.
  • Contacting Non-Responsive Guests: may be able to fit it into the package time, otherwise $15 hr.
  • Addressing or Mailing Invitations, Announcements, Save The Dates or Thank You’s: $25 hr.
  • Putting on Chair Cover and/or Sashes: $1 per chair
  • Location Searching: $500-$1000 based on area
  • Pre-Qualified Vendor Referrals: $75-$100 per vendor
  • Wedding Night Suite Decorations/Flowers/Candles: $100-$500+

Additional Hours:

  • $35hr Chico/$50hr Sacramento/$75hr East Bay/$100hr Coastal: for “Package” Brides
  • $50hr Chico/$65hr Sacramento/$90hr East Bay/$125hr Coastal: for non “package“ brides
  • Extra hours can be used for more hours on the day of, more planning time, rehearsal, etc.
  • Extra meetings billed at a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours each.
